The “Bonfire Blend” is Mark’s signature roast and is named after the beach in Long Caye Belize where Mark has land and plans to build a camping retreat in the near future. 

A classic medium-dark roast blend combining Brazilian and Mexican beans. This flavorful coffee delivers rich cocoa and toasted nut flavors with full body, maintaining origin complexity while developing satisfying roasted characteristics.
